Fall & Spring Clean Ups Experts

Seasonal clean-ups are comprehensive lawn and property clearing services performed in the spring and fall to prepare your outdoor space for the changing seasons. They go beyond basic maintenance to give your property a thorough refresh.
Spring clean-ups typically include removing dead leaves and debris from winter, dethatching, edging garden beds, cutting back perennials, and preparing your lawn for fertilization and growth. It sets the foundation for a healthy season ahead.
Fall clean-ups focus on leaf removal, cutting back plants, clearing garden beds, and final lawn preparation before winter. Removing debris in the fall prevents mold, pests, and lawn damage during the colder months.

Spring clean-ups are best performed after the last frost of the season, typically in late March to early May in McHenry County. This is the ideal window to clear away winter debris and get your lawn ready for active growth.
Fall clean-ups are typically scheduled between late September and November, ideally after most of the leaves have fallen but before the first hard freeze. Timing is important — leaving debris on the lawn over winter can smother grass and create conditions for disease.

For a successful seasonal clean-up, we ask that you provide clear access to all areas of the property that need attention, including gated backyard spaces. Letting us know about any specific concerns or priorities in advance helps us serve you better.
If your clean-up includes leaf removal, please be aware that we bag and remove all debris from the property. Additional fees may apply for properties with heavy leaf accumulation or large tree coverage.
We appreciate being notified of any landscaping features that require special handling, such as delicate garden plants, recently planted sod, or underground irrigation systems. This helps us provide a thorough clean-up without inadvertent damage.
